Compliance Corporate Counsel

Classification: Full Time Corporate Counsel, Compliance - Position available in San Diego, CA. One of the fastest growing & privately held company in San Diego County is looking for an experienced attorney to focus on federal and state regulatory matters and sales transactions. Primary responsibilities will include developing and management of consumer finance products and disclosure documentation. Reviewing and negotiating, drafting, and analyzing a wide variety of licensing, sales, strategic alliance, and development agreements. Candidate will have extensive experience in federal and state regulatory matters. Ideal candidate will participate in the development of compliance strategies and monitor compliance with legal/regulatory strategies of regulated companies and requirements under federal and state rules and regulations. 10+ years of experience in compliance within the financial industry is absolutely mandatory.
