CLO

Dermacare USA, a rapidly growing franchise company is looking for an experienced, hands-on legal professional for its corporate headquarters. As the CLO of this fast growing franchisor, you will have the opportunity to guide and council our prospects through the franchise process. This position reports directly to the CEO.Job SummaryHands-on legal administration and UFOC compliance, business transactions, claim liabilities, interpretation of franchise law, and examining legal data.
ResponsibilitiesWork directly with the CEO to analyze, guide, and council future prospects in hopes of being awarded a franchise. Clear and precise organization of UFOC agreements a must. Evaluating processes in compliance of state law regulations and standards. Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to franchisees, the public, government, and other external sources.
RequirementsFranchise and IPO/pre-IPO experience a must! Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a CLO. Masters degree preferred. Proven experience as a strong leader. Strong analytical skills. Good communication and presentation skills. A proven history of outstanding accomplishments and job performance required. A history of corporate success a must! Health Care law experience a must!
