Classification: Full Time Compensation: $115,000 to $125,000 per year AMAZING OPPORTUNITY. Immediate opening for Employee Benefits Attorney for a large and well respected Seattle law firm. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as an employee benefits attorney. The ideal candidate will have experience providing advice regarding ERISA regulations, employee benefit plans, stock option plans, employee retirement plans, deferred compensation plans, as well as COBRA and HIPAA compliance. The successful candidate will also have experience drafting employee benefit plans, pensions, retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and profit sharing plans. Candidates should enjoy a team environment, be able to work on projects independently, and enjoy working with people and clients. A successful candidate will have a proven track record in meeting billable hour requirements of 1800 hours per year.
