Spherion Legal is seeking candidates for a Sr. Trademark Legal Assistant for a prestigious international law firm in Washington DC.

The position is responsible for managing client trademark portfolios of varying sizes, and working on specific projects as required, including trademark searching and clearance, U.S. and foreign prosecution, inter partes matters, etc… Involves extensive client contact.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with a paralegal certificate from an ABA qualified program. Minimum of 5 years of trademark prosecution experience, including domestic and foreign prosecution. Excellent writing and communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
