Legal Secretary

Large law firm located downtown seeks a Legal Secretary for immediate hire. Responsibilities will include typing and proofing legal documents, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have a professional demeanor and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a large law firm environment is required. Must have strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be flexible to work OT as needed.
