Contract Compliance Specialist
Responsible for the management of all contractual activities for the University, including negotiation, preparation, and contract oversight to ensure proper controls over contracting procedures for sound fiscal and administrative management. Responsibilities may include: assist with Requests for Proposal (RFP's), purchase orders, personal service agreements (PSA's), student affiliation agreements and various license agreements; assists in the development, negotiation, and finalization of vendor agreements for signature, as well as monitor contracts for compliance with State and Federal statutes, Board of Trustees policies, the Attorney General's guidelines, internal procedures, and contract terms and conditions. Develops and implements contract compliance policies and procedures and training programs. Must possess a Bachelor's degree, or be certified as a paralegal. Master's Degree, or other type of advanced degree is preferred, experience and training including university education in accounting, purchasing management, financial management, three or more years experience in business, purchasing and/or contract law and administration. Must be knowledgeable of risk management principles and have demonstrated ability to develop and manage complex contracts.
Salary Range: $50,837 - $81,148
