Administrative Assistant -- Legal Department
Well known asset management firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support three attorneys in their SF office. Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years of executive assistant experience, preferably in a legal department.

Key Job Responsibilities:
• Provide high level administrative assistant support to attorneys.
• Prepare documentation and correspondence.
• Meeting preparation including scheduling, materials prep and room set-up.
• Review and organize all incoming mail and general correspondence
• Maintain Legal files.
• Calendar and schedule management.
• Phone coverage for group.
• Copy, scan and fax documents as needed.
• Arrange travel for attorneys.
• Expense report processing.
• Process and maintain legal bills.
• Documentation/production support for regulatory reviews.
• Document support for various legal agreements.
• Organize training sessions provided by the Legal Group.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills/Requirements:
- Minimum 4-6 years of secretarial experience in a Legal department desired.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work with a team and meet deadlines in a multi-task environment.
Hours: 8-5
