RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordination of daily warehouse & shipping functions.
* Communicate with Production, Scheduling, Customer Service, Quality & depts as needed.
* Ensure accuracy of Customer orders.* Organization of all Warehouse areas.
* Associate attendance, scheduling, time reporting, coaching, discipline, Safety & training.
* Ensure associate adherence to all Company policies.
* Manage and maintain all Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
* Look for ways to better service our Customers, both internal & external.
* Manage & motivate personnel at different skill sets.* Supervise shift teams in shipping.
REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* AS-400-computer literate
* MS Office specially EXCEL
* Strong communication skills
* Bilingual Spanish/Polish a plus.* BA or BS degree or equivalent.* Practical experience in purchasing, (fresh produce a plus) &/or scheduling in a fast pace environment.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Masters degree
* 5 years experience in a shipping and receiving warehouse and related areas.
