Senior Materials Lab Technician

A leader in the Building Materials industry has an opening for an experienced Senior Lab Technician. The selected candidate should have a High School Diploma coupled with 6-8 years of R&D experience. Skills required for this position include a basic understanding of chemistry and chemical processes, experience in water based coatings and polyurethane boards, viscosity testing , pH, water resistance, solvent resistance, tensile, tear, burst, etc. Additional duties include developing composite products and preparation / evaluation of coated glass-mat hand sheets and running plant trials.
