Regional Loss Prevention Manager

Interacts with senior management, internal staff, and external parties to resolve issues or problems as they arise.
Analyzes the performance of the field operations group in loss prevention activities.
Maintains professional liaison with all local law enforcement officials to ensure appropriate coordination of investigations or prosecutions.
Facilitates meetings and training to all levels of field operations personnel.
Implements loss prevention and shrinkage control programs.
Monitors store compliance to loss prevention policies and procedures.
Provides analysis of district/zone trends to Region Mgr.
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS in Criminal Justice, Business Management or Accounting.
5 yrs. Experience in retail loss prevention management.
2 yrs. Experience with multiple store responsibility.
Excellent communication skills
Word and Excel knowledge is required.
Knowledge of conducting legal and ethical investigations.
