Manager, Supply Chain Planning & Analysis

We seek to hire a high energy Manager of Supply Chain Planning & Analysis.
Primary areas of accountability include:
A. Forecasting & Inventory Management
a. Develop and maintain accurate, timely and collaborative demand forecasts for all NCE business channels
b. Develop and execute supply plans that create favorable balance between customer service (product availability) and inventory objectives for all NCE business channels
B. Product Development Support
a. Through close, daily interaction, support NCE Product Managers with insight and analysis regarding product performance
C. Supply Chain Analysis and Performance Reporting
a. Identify key indicators of Supply Chain performance
b. Create and maintain reporting tools that monitor the organization¹s performance against key indicators
c. Complete ad hoc reporting as requested
D. Build, Develop and Lead a Supply Chain Planning & Analysis Organization
a. Identify the key activities, skill sets and resources required to accomplish all assigned areas of accountability
b. Establish and achieve organization and individual goals to achieve assigned results
c. Provide day-to-day supervision as required
The successful candidate will have a history of demonstrated success and accomplishments in each of the listed areas.
Additionally, we strongly desire the following attributes:
* Building practices, processes and organizations to transition from manual, transaction-based environments to strategically focused operations
* APICS certification
* Experience within the JD Edwards business system environment
* Experience within the Retail Link system environment
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills
* Undergraduate degree in a Supply Chain, technical or business discipline
