Materials Manager
International manufacturer of bus, train, and vehicle wash equipment has an immediate opening for an experienced, hands-on Inventory Control Manager.

The following is a basic overview of the strategic elements and responsibilities of the position.

Inventory
•Review orders for jobs & parts, also ensure that these are shipped on a timely manner
•Establish trend of each inventory item, determine lead time & ensure correct inventory stock level.
•Review accuracy of part numbers & descriptions and also ensure that use of miscellaneous parts coding is completely stopped.
•Keep track of all outgoing inventory including all transfers to production and technicians.
•Organize inventory placements and stacking.
•Periodic physical count, complete for year-end.
•Control inventory at its lowest possible level, always objective to save expenses.
•Receive & record incoming inventory.
•Ensure that all parts are provided to manufacturing for jobs in a timely manner.

Must have working knowledge of BOM, MRP, experience with MAS 90 a plus.
