Loss Prevention Supervisor
Belk, the nation's largest privately held retail chain is currently seeking a Loss Prevention Supervisor for our new high-tech, distribution center located in Byram, MS. This position is responsible for the administration of asset protection and loss prevention programs to include: directing loss prevention staff and contract security employees, performing LP awareness training for all associates and having proactive communication with store managers and freight transport carriers relative to merchandise safety and shrinkage. Qualified applicants should have a minimum of 3 years experience in loss prevention from a retail or distribution center environment, previous law enforcement experience is a plus. Applicants must have MS office software skills and be able to efficiently operate/ troubleshoot closed circuit camera systems. Applicants must have a minimum of HS diploma or GED and be able to pass a DS and security background screening.
