Provide direct support and counsel to management in all LP and Safety programs within the assigned region or facility. Keep distribution center focused on inventory and safety goals. Maintain a constant presence and communication within the distribution center. Ensure positive action is taken to achieve goals.
REQUIREMENTS
Position Requirements A minimum of five years Loss Prevention experience. Candidate must have good communications, leadership, organization, training and people skills. Must also have strong knowledge in planning and reconciliation of inventory processes, auditing, facility operations, and a good working knowledge of OSHA and other regulatory agencies. Must be able to proactively manage all business loss exception based reports that are driven on a weekly and monthly basis. Must have good skills in employee internal investigations and interviews. Overnight and extended travel required. Willing to travel by car and plane.
