LEAD LOSS PREVENTION ASSOCIATE
We are currently seeking a Lead Loss Prevention Associate. Key duties will be to assist the Manager of Loss Prevention in the daily operation of the department, focusing on administrative responsibilities, training and supervision of staff, and the protection of company assets. Other responsibilities include the following:
Provide a safe environment for customers, employees, and visitors through personnel participation, supervision and support.
Assume the responsibilities of the Manager during times of his/her absence.
Ensure there is adequate staffing levels at all times, maintain attendance records, and delegate work assignments.
3 years LP retail experience required, college degree preferred. Must have at least 1 year supervisory/management experience in the retail security/loss prevention field. Must have a working knowledge of federal, state and local criminal and civil law as it pertains to retail security. The successful candidate will be proficient in fraud detection, investigation, rules of evidence and prosecution. Excellent analytical/organizational skills, and good written and verbal skills are required.
