Inventory Manager Overview:
A strategic partner to the Director of Operations focusing on monitoring, reporting and forecasting inventory along with assisting in the oversight of standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the inventory reporting process.
• Compares data from all systems to make sure that all inventories has been accounted for and reported accurately.
• Analyze inventory needs and work with internal resources to help drive additional inventory and/or reposition existing inventory to help maximize yield.
• Updates on a daily basis all inventories that have been sold throughout the site.
• Oversight of the inventory approval process and provides guidance on alternative inventory to help sales and direct reports achieve maximum sell-through.
• Help answers questions on a daily basis from the sales department and direct reports about all inventory issues
• Monitor an internal intranet site used to book special advertising opportunities to ensure accuracy.
REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ years working within a business operations team with experience managing people.
• Proven ability to maintain the integrity of the operational standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, strategic and creative problem solving skills.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
