Or,like the Infinity Stylus, one of the best-selling cameras in history.Hauppauge, NY - This position is responsible for preparing purchase orders, performing data entry functions and utilizing reporting tools to analyze material usage and provide administrative support for the Reverse Supply Chain Group.Prepares purchase orders and insures required level of refurbishing materials are readily available to ensure the constant flow of production through the center, scans all return documentation for corporate access. Performs various data entry functions in JD Edwards (or related mainframe application) such as item master maintenance and purchase order entry. Verifies the lead-time of materials from local vendors and insures optimal levels of materials are forecasted correctly to meet daily production requirements. Utilizes reporting tools (Showcase) and performs regular analysis of the results to ensure the required levels of refurbishing materials are on hand to meet the production requirements for the group. In addition this position will be required to perform replenishment cycles for finished product. REQUIREMENTS
(ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED) High School diploma or equivalent knowledge with a minimum of two years related experience required. Must be computer Literate (Word, Excel) and familiar with inventory control procedures in a mainframe environment. Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
