Entegris, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to lead the inventory control activities at their Chaska, MN manufacturing facility. Key aspects of the Inventory Control Manager include:
•Development of processes and procedures required to identify, reconcile, organize and control inventory
•Develop or improve process and procedural controls to improve inventory accuracy
•Support the drive toward cultural change and set expectations associated with disciplined material control practices

Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing staff in the planning, implementing and monitoring of activities related to inventory control.

Principle Accountabilities:
•Managing warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, transporting, cycle counting inventory and supervision of staff
•Drive improvement efforts, analyze inventory root cause and formulate recommendations for enhancement of inventory accuracy
•Work with all departments to develop and maintain a culture in support of inventory accuracy and control
•Oversee daily workload of inventory control and cycle counting personnel to ensure daily operational requirements are met and inventory control is maintained
•Identify policies and procedures for better inventory results
•Define storage capacity and locations for materials and recommend inventory storage layout efficiency improvements
•Audit inventory for accuracy
•Maintain SOX requirements around inventory control
•Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
•Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or highly related field
•Minimum 5 years manufacturing management supervisory work with experience in materials/production/capacity planning or supply chain management in a lean manufacturing work environment
•Completion of APICS course work with APICS certification preferred
•Excellent communication, planning, organization, following through and leadership skills
•Flexibility to adapt to work environment, work force, and customers’ needs
•Adherence to safety and environmental policies and procedures
•SAP work experience preferred.

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Chaska, a southwest suburb of Minneapolis.
