Inventory Control Coordinator (Nashville, TN)

Job Description

Extensive goods movement and tracking in SAP
Vendor contact, follow up on part returns and part charges
Working with buyers to ensure proper goods movements in supply chain (SPS & Vendors)
Working with field personnel to clear returned parts from inventory
Escaltion of issues and reporting to management

Experience Requirements:
Preferred Profile

SAP knowledge/experience preferred
Strong computer skills - Windows, Excel, Word
Good communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to multi task - working a number of projects/parts returns at same time
Ability to appropriately communicate with field staff, react in professional manner to all situations
Abilty to learn quickly, follow procedures and policies
Understand supply chain business process - purchasing/ parts movement/goods receipt, invoicing/release for vendor payment
Ability to compile data and understand reporting requirements
