Inventory Control Coordinator

Under the direct supervision of the Regional Inventory Control Manager, the Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for control of physical inventory, inventory tracking and the performance of daily audits in multiple stores within a region.
This key player's essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conduct daily audits on the physical inventory of the stores on a rotating, confidential schedule. Target audit schedule of one or more areas per day including processors, hard drives, notebooks, printers, monitors, etc.
Travel to other stores within a region as required.
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures dealing with physical inventory, receiving, shipping, billing, corporate pickup, customer service, and registers.
Research and resolve discrepancies related to physical inventory. Audit all receiving paperwork for SKU, received quantity, and packing slip quantity for discrepancies on a daily basis.
Assist the Regional ICM with investigations on high loss items.
Conduct random audits in shipping associated with invoiced, ready to be shipped products.Job Requirements
The professional we seek will have a high energy level with great interpersonal skills and thrive on multiple challenges. Qualified candidates will have a high school education or GED equivalent and 2+ years related experience in inventory control required, or the equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training. Successful candidate must be proficient with PC-based applications and software in order to operate store computer systems.
