Inventory Analyst

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $45000.00 to $50000.00 per year POSITION SUMMARY: Ensuring materials are available to meet customer requirements and internal performance goals in the areas of Operations and Customer Service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Along with those identified below, other duties may be assigned. Run Net Change Report every morning. Confirm purchase orders with suppliers. Correct date of delivery and pricing in MFG/Pro and send revised order to vendor. Expedite any parts that are needed ASAP as well as any parts that are late - get ship dates and tracking numbers. Organize all hard copy POs and make sure they are easy to locate. Place purchase orders as required. Create and release blanket orders. Support engineering by getting quotes for new parts with pricing and lead times. Manage EDI with vendors for floor stock. Clerical work: filing, faxing, record keeping, organizing. Answer suppliers' questions in regards to pricing, delivery, and revision levels. Resolve accounting issues as required. Update MFG/Pro with changes to pricing, part numbers, and vendor information.. Monitor and distribute Kanban cards to Buyers as required. Place orders for Kanban items.
