INVENTORY SPECIALIST

Receiving and documentation of new and in-stock inventory at warehouse. Enter and maintain information in operating system; complete regular inventory counts and submit resulting reports; documentation of inventory adjustments and all related matters. Assist in outgoing shipments as needed. Order/maintain warehouse and shipping supplies. Insure correct items were received as ordered and in good order; work with management on reordering replacement items; verify P.O.'s against packing slips. Will work both in the office and in warehouse.
After 90 Days of satisfactory employment, company shares cost for health and vision plans; Simple IRA/401K available; additional insurance plans available; most paid holidays; vacation, sick day accrument.
M-F; No weekends. One hour for lunch. Occasional overtime, especially seasonal.

No travel except for occasional need to pick up warehouse supplies when they can’t be delivered.
REQUIREMENTS


Must enjoy working with various products and numbers/math; have ability to work independently while being a team player; must have working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word); have desire to succeed; be detail oriented; must be dependable; have a good work ethic and attitude; ability to multi-task. Fork lift operator certification a plus.
Must be able to work in the warehouse and in the office. Inventory, ecommerce, warehouse/shipping and quality assurance experience a plus.
