Functional Oracle OM and Inventory Analyst

We are currently seeking a functional Oracle OM and Inventory Analyst to join our client who is a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company based out of Marlboro, MA.
You will be working as part of the financial systems support team supporting the Oracle Order Management and Inventory applications. Acts as lead resource for troubleshooting and resolving software functionality-related and data integrity issues in assigned areas. Key team member in the design, implementation, and maintenance of business processes to assure proper operation of the applications. Leads assigned projects in design and implementation of reports and system modifications. Coordinates problem resolution, testing and validation of system fixes and upgrades in assigned areas. Provide input to planning, selection, and implementation of new systems. Responsible for providing staff training in use of applications and supporting processes in assigned areas.
PRIMARY DUTIES:1.Provides day-to-day business support for Oracle OM and Inventory software.2.Assists Human Resources and Financial and Accounting staff in system operation, by providing training and reference material, and by assisting in troubleshooting system problems and information discrepancies.3.Participate in the design, implementation, and testing of upgrades and enhancements to Finance and Accounting Systems as a leader in assigned system/functionality areas.4.Process and document all significant systems changes using Sepracor change control processes to maintain Sarbanes-Oxley and all other regulatory compliance.QualificationsExperience developing and executing test cases of Oracle applicationsDirect expertise in Order Management, and Oracle Inventory (ideally 11.5.9 or 11.5.10)Thorough knowledge of Order Processing, and all associated transactions associated with OM and Inventory.Experience with functional and technical support in implementations of Oracle applications version 11i.Experience with SQL in reporting applications.Experience with Oracle Discoverer strongly preferred but experience with Business Objects, Crystal, or Cognos is ok.Experience with Hyperion Reports, and ESSBASE is important, but not required.Experience with Hyperion planning, Process Manufacturing or any other Oracle Financial applications is desired.Understanding of Sarbanes Oxley and it's ramifications is required.Experience working in an FDA/regulated environment preferred.
