Forecasting Inventory Control Manager

Well-established, large dynamic Cincinnati manufacturer; they are centrally located. This company is growing 10% per year and is very profitable. The position is open due to promotion. They use JD Edwards.

This candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate unit and dollar forecasts; must effectively collect and communicate information and changes to Sales, Marketing, Purchasing and Senior Management. Will maintain forecasting database and assist with collecting, analyzing and providing feedback on market info and communicating item availability with customers, customer service, sales, consultants and company managers. Will also analyze demand plans and inventory stocks, monitor inventory levels and reviewing back orders. Will supervise five employees.
REQUIREMENTS
BS degree and strong supervisory skills; ability to think out of the box. Local candidates.
