DMM - WOMEN'S DIVISION

THE COMPANY: One of the leading Big Box Retailers specializing in full price/off-price top designer fashions for Men, Ladies and Children has an exciting opportunity available for a dynamic executive to join their team and continue to expand their business!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Running the entire women’s division ($40-$50mm area) including: Development of sales, inventory & profit plans.
·Direct & oversee 4-5 buyers to help optimize sales and profit through leadership, communication & training.
·Manage the merchandise buy based on business analysis & merchandising trends.
·Establish merchandise plans & controls: forecasting, development, planning & analysis.
·Provide proper direction in merchandise presentation & space allotment.
·Manage existing business & assist in growth of the company.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:

·Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in DMM role; specifically in Women’s & off-price environment.
·Must have knowledge of brands carried
·Must have strength in retail math, planning & allocation
·Must demonstrate strong negotiating skills and the drive to bring deals to fruition
·Will have strong organizational, communication and management skills
