If so, you might be the Dental Claims Associate that we've been looking for to join our dynamic team. We're the Specialty Claims department and we can offer you the opportunity to learn and the potential for career advancement/growth.




Job Responsibilities:




Processing consults, pre authorizations and claims.




Checking eligibility and benefits and speaking with dental specialists as needed.




Entering claim information in the system and generating approval and denial letters.



Answering calls from members and dental providers related to claim status questions.




Meeting metric standards for production and accuracy.



Other duties including sending out mailers, assisting with training and supporting Customer Service and other departments.


Job Requirements:

Job Qualifications:




A background in both customer service and dental claims is required.



Excellent computer and typing skills are a must.



Experience processing dental claims and knowledge of dental terminology and/or procedures is preferred.
