Responsible for the leadership of a Commercial Lines Underwriting Unit; including the setting and achievement of objectives. The successful manager will possess the ability to communicate our vision and strategies that are focused on the delivery of key business goals. This individual will also provide strong technical leadership to their team. Another key emphasis will be the leaders ability to build a performance driven culture committed to the success of each individual.Qualifications:
Must have proven leadership abilities in addition to possessing a strong technical understanding of multi-line commercial insurance. We are seeking an individual with the passion for success while motivating others as well. This leader must be visionary and be willing to take the calculated risks which are needed to drive their team to success. In addition a proven track record of successfully developing relationships with agents is required. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills are other essential areas of expertise.
