Supervisor, Insurance Sales

Responsible for the management, control, and day-to-day function of assigned team of Insurance Sales Agents. Ensures that Infinity agents effectively sell to prospective customers in a professional manner and that all corporate guidelines and applicable laws and regulations are met.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum of 6 months of prior sales experience required.

2. Prior supervisory experience required.

3. Demonstrates strong communication skills in order to represent the company in a professional manner and communicate effectively with potential customers and employees.

4. Must possess and maintain a valid CA Personal Lines Insurance License.
