REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 7-10 years experience in a comparable
position (handling various coverages including ancillary coverage)
and a strong knowledge of cash flow plans including Large
Deductibles, SIRs and Retrospective Rating. College degree
preferred, CPCU, ARM or other professional designation is a plus.
Will prepare applications, specifications and marketing strategy for
new business as well as the renewals of assigned clients with some
degree of supervision and approval from VP on difficult lines.
Will be responsible for checking the accuracy of policies,
endorsements, audits, etc. received from the various insurance
companies. Will prepare proposals for marketing of new and renewal
business as well as coverage and pricing comparisons to be reviewed &
approved by the vice president. Recommend new and additional
coverages and obtain quotes. Visit clients to review insurance
programs or new products. Must be computer literate with a
proficiency in Word & Excel.
