expanding its territories in your Region and is in search of Sales Specialist / Manager Trainee to
assist in managing its growing/fast paced sales operations. Responsibilities will include
recruiting, training, motivating and monitoring a professional team of field sales representatives
in accordance with our proven marketing and sales systems.

SMARTT Leads generation system provides real-time access to a broad universe of prospects,
from existing policyholder files, to direct mail responders, specially scored leads for Medicare
and LTC, turning 65 general list prospects and much much more.

Qualifications include:
A successful past work history
Minimum of (2) years documented sales management experience
College degree (preferred)
Excellent written/verbal skills
Professional appearance/attitude

Direct marketing or experience (preferred)
