We are seeking professional individuals to sell and service insurance products to existing clients and new customers. Our product portfolio includes life products – universal, term, interest-sensitive and whole life; supplemental accident and health products – cancer, critical illness, disability, accident and medical indemnity; and fixed annuity products.
AGLA’s uniquely designed “Quality of Life…Insurance” product suite incorporates life insurance with accelerated benefit riders. Accelerated benefit riders may help with the cost of certain illnesses or conditions while an insured is still alive.

If you are not interested in becoming an employee agent of AGLA and having access to employee benefits, you may be interested in exploring AGLA’s Special Representative contract that offers higher commission payout's. If you are already an established financial services professional, affiliating with AGLA as a Special Representative may provide you the opportunity to simply add additional products to complete your portfolio.
Career Service Professional:For more than a century, AGLA has been committed to providing prompt, professional, and courteous service to all of its customers. Our Career Service Professional’s primary responsibility is the preservation of in-force premium and the maintenance of good customer relationships with more than 4 million customers. This position is designed for an individual who enjoys serving customers face-to-face (if desired), providing maintenance of services, and making quality needs-based insurance sales.
