Regional Operations Manager

Job SummaryManage and coordinate all new business and marketing endeavors within the region. Design, implement and manage regional new business submission procedures. Provide regional administrative staff with proper guidance and assistance for all new business and marketing issues. Insure that technology is developed and utilized consistently and effectively in support of the realization of sales goals.Key Job TasksDirect the new business submission workflow to ensure that quality and quantity standards are met
Provide expertise in regional office operations, including the management of administrative staff within region, database management and marketing support
Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and technology that expedite the new business process and facilitate the generation of revenue
Responsible for training and mentoring of all team members in all processes and procedures performed by team as well as ensuring that team members have solid understanding of the business and their role in the company as well as impact on revenues and expenses
Design MAPS and give performance feedback to team members, within office and region, in conjunction with managerJob Specific CompetenciesAbility to leverage available systems to support Corporate and Regional initiatives
Manage and develop people, teams, programs and services to support daily operations
Excellent written and oral communication skills, documenting procedures and interpreting client requests, and making presentation to staff and management
Analyze customer/user needs to determine product and service requirements
Ability to influence and commandeer support outside of department
Ability to perform analysis of complex data or situations and take proactive steps to solution
