RN Occupational Health Nurse

State Farm Insurance Companies is looking for a RN Occupational Health Nurse to work full time at the Tempe Operations Center.


EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

Must be a registered nurse with current CPR/AED certification
Must have phlebotomy skills
One to three years of previous Occupational Health Nurse experience preferred.
Strong critical thinking, decision making, verbal and written communication skills essential.

REQUIREMENTS
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Care and treatment of all injured employees; acting as first responder in emergencies
Responsible for all OSHA compliance programs, FMLA, Work Com, and Company directives
Absence management, including return to work planning
Act as a consultant in ergonomic issues and planning wellness programs
Special projects as assigned
