EBG currently services more than 2 million employees working for 50,0000 companies across America.Responsibilities:We are looking for a Quality Business Analyst based in our Windsor, CT office to work with and through all levels of the organization to successfully execute critical business projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Gathering, analyzing and reporting business process metrics to deliver and make recommendations to the end users.
Working with Underwriting and Operations to gather and input data collection.
Creating and/or modifying process maps for projects.
Developing and executing test plans.Basic Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
1 to 2 years of work experience in a business.
Excellent communications skills.
Advanced Excel and Access skills.Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
Insurance industry experience.
Prior experience working with Process Model or similar applications.
