A small firm located in Scottsdale, AZ is in search of a Plan Administrator/Administrative Assistant.For more than 30 years, our client has specialized in the design and implementation of tax-advantaged plans for successful business owners. They are nationally known for their innovative plan design and have been selected as a "preferred provider" of qualified plans by a number of top-rated insurance companies.In this administrative role, you will be coordinating and managing assigned client plans. You will be coordinating plan approval with pension strategies. Going over closing packet with agent to make sure all information is complete and accurate, submitting proposal revision requests and illustration requests. You will be setting up and sending binder of final plan documents to agent for clients signature, coordinate addition of new employees to an existing plan, coordinating plan termination with agent, client, and pension strategies, acquiring policy and schedule A information from insurance companies to assist pension staragies. Assisting with mass mailings to agents and clients on existing plans regarding changes in laws, plans structure and document amendments.Your Two plus years of professional insurance office experience will land you this great Direct Placement opportunity!

REQUIREMENTS
Experience in the Insurance Industry. Attention to Detail. Good Verbal and written skills. Ability to work with a broad range of personalities. Two years of professional office experience. Good Microsoft Office suite skills..
