Outside Sales Description:

The sales representative reports to the Director, Sales Marketing and works with the
senior loss control consultant and service representatives to ensure services
provided to members and brokered accounts are done in a uniform manner and in
accordance with the loss control business plan. Responsible for ensuring
assigned accounts are working to be in compliance with OSHA and CALOSHA
regulations and for assisting them in reducing their workplace exposures.



Provide safety services as needed by brokered accounts, members and fee
accounts. Document services provided and fees to be invoiced (where
required).

Develop and provide customized training as requested by accounts.

Work with carriers of brokered accounts to avoid duplicate efforts and
to ensure accounts are receiving the services
needed




Account Manager/CSR

A mid-level position responsible for maintaining and developing day to
day contact with client groups. This position will develop a
proactive partnership with pinnacle's clients groups ensuring that all
of their needs are being met in a timely and efficient manner.
The account manager will be the first point of contact for the client
groups. This positions does have about 20% travel time




Safety/Loss Control Representative

A mid-level position responsible for developing new prospects and
clients and ensuring a constant flow of revenue for Pinnacle Claims
Management, Inc. This position identifies, qualifies and pursues
potential new business opportunities based on sales plan; particularly
solicits middle market accounts with an emphasis on those prospect is
in target industry markets. This position pays 75K bas plus a
commission structure for every case sold and for every dental plan,
this position is 70% travel
