REQUIREMENTS
Must have 6 years in a corporate law department or
law firm drafting commercial contracts and agreements and a J.D.
degree. Warranty/auto experience is a plus but not required.
Excellent writing and comprehension ability in order to condense
complex business transactions into contractual language. Will
partner with business units to document client transaction in the
form of program agreements and other contractual arrangements for
clients. Must develop an understanding of the business in order to
be able to advise management on legal and business issues.
