Media Trafficking:
Understand all aspects of online marketing campaign objectives.
Review creative requests to determine requirements and specifications.
Handle day-to-day Publisher inquiries and special requests.
Troubleshoot tracking issues and escalate when necessary.

Analytics and Judgment:
Monitor stats and make recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and maximize results.
Determine best practices, conduct industry research and present findings.
Evaluate website traffic and make recommendations to improve overall site performance.

Testing and QA:
Test user interface, form submits and site flows.

Writing and Creativity:
Write compelling ad copy, offer descriptions and site content.
Gather industry information and ideas for ad creatives and website layouts.

Additional Responsibilities:
Identify potential online marketing opportunities.
Additional projects which contribute to the overall success of our online marketing programs.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Bachelorâ??s Degree in Business or related field of study.
Minimum of 3 years experience in Traffic within a online marketing environment.
Computer proficiency with working knowledge of applicable software including MS Excel, Word, FrontPage and basic HTML skills.
Excellent problem solving, communication and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Impeccable English grammar skills required (previous copywriting or editing experience a plus).
Possesses very strong quantitative and analytical skills, including knowledge of basic statistical analysis.
Be deadline and goal oriented as well as flexible with the ability to think creatively and outside of the box.
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
A sense of humor and the ability to remain calm in a dynamic fast paced environment.
