USAA is currently seeking a talented Life Sales Representative for our Phoenix, AZ location.
As a Life Sales Representative for USAA, you will be responsible for selling various Life Company products to member by phone and/or written and electronic communication. You will conduct personalized, in depth needs analysis for the member and provide the appropriate solutions. This is the entry level position in the Life Sales Representative hierarchy.
Qualified candidates need to possess:
Demonstrated success selling life insurance, annuity and/or other financial services products to include variable products for a period of at least 2 years.
Current Group 1, Life and Health insurance license or equivalent.
NASD Series 6 & 63 or equivalent registrations.
Working knowledge of insurance quoting and illustrations software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with customers to determine needs and recommending the appropriate solutions.
Ability to work flexible hours from 7:00am to 8:00pm.
Option to work 4, 4 ½ or 5 day workweek.
