Commercial Insurance Producer - Tremendous Opportunity!
Job Description:We are one of the fastest growing commercial insurance brokers in California, is currently seeking top insurance agents to join our team.
We are also looking for marketing associates, including recent college graduates, individuals without insurance experience (but with a solid track record in other industries), and individuals looking for a great new opportunity.We are seeking commercial insurance producers who will be writing property and casualty coverage for both new and renewal clients. This includes general liability, worker's compensation, commercial auto, tools & equipment, property and excess/umbrella coverage.
Bring your experience and knowledge in the commercial insurance industry and assist potential clients find the coverage they need.
Inside sales - no cold calling – all the leads are provided by Powers and Company. Through twelve years of successful advertising and name recognition – clients call in for quotes. We also provide income subsidies during your orientation period.
We are committed to your success! Are you a Super Star salesperson with no insurance experience? If you have a proven track record of success, you’re our caliber employee. We provide training for licensure – and all license related expenses.
**Base Pay listed on ad refers to potential commission earnings. This is a commissioned sales position. We provide a subsidy income while our newer agents are in their training period.
Top producers earn up to $250,000
REQUIREMENTS
This is an inside sales position that doesn't require a book of business for you to come on board. We will provide the lead generation, customer service and certificate department, ongoing industry specific sales training, continuing education onsite, monthly and quarterly bonuses on new and renewal production, a Rolex incentive award program, a 3-6 month training subsidy income, relocation assistance and in some cases a signing bonus, depending on experience.
The majority of our agents earn in excess of $100,000 within 12-24 months! We will gladly back up earnings claims with current producers earnings statements!!
