Field Marketing Rep, $44-50K Salary, Co. Car, Home Office


Exciting Marketing position with a 90+ yr old Insurance Company operating in 36 states.
THIS IS NOT A COMMISSION TYPE SALES POSITION

Job Details:
DUTIES: To generate leads and interest in auto and homeowner insurance from our group members.
Solicit leads and generate interest in the auto and homeowner insurance products by scheduling visits to schools and other applicable sites. This function is essential to provide sales units with a consistent number of new leads each month.

Our client sells their insurance products through what they call "Affinity Groups" which are organizations like Teachers Assn, Highway Patrol, Various labor unions, Dept of Forestry,etc.

What this means is that Field Marketing Manager will go into offices and meetings of organizations like above and set up a table, do a brief presentation and then have members fill out little cards to then receive a quote for auto and/or homeowners insurance. Home Office!!

Base Salary of $44-50K, Small 1/4ly bonus (about $2500-3000/yr) , NO COMMISSION, Company Car with gas card, insurance, maintenance etc covered!! Great benefits, 401k AND company sponsored retirement plan!!

QUALIFICATIONS: College Degree preferred, 2-10+ years of sales experience. Great communication skills for presentations, solid work ethic. Ability to work independently and run a territory. Excellent account management/relationship building skills a must.
