Compliance Analyst

Status: Open Department: Regulatory Compliance JOB PURPOSE: Maintains compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements by providing compliance information and support to the Director of Compliance, coordinate the regulatory audits, maintain Internet site and generate presentations and basic administration services.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS:
Increase compliance with established internal control procedures by generating reports, operating practices, and documentation.

Ensures compliance with state and federal agencies by conducting daily Internet checks and distributing the information to the Senior Compliance Specialist.

Maintains and updates Compliance database by performing data entry and data base reporting.

Provides assistance to Compliance Coordinator by proofreading P&Ps before submission, and then making/coordinating edits.

Coordinates regulatory audits by scheduling conference rooms, document retrieval, compiling binders, copying material and preparing the conference rooms with materials.

Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Assists department by uploading Plan marketing materials into the CMS Health Plan Monitoring System (HPMS). Also responsible for the distribution of HPMS emails and updating Plan information as needed.

Satisfies training needs by providing end - user training.

Maintains company reputation by complying with regulatory requirements in collaboration with the Compliance Department.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements



QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
One year of related experience
Ability to work with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong MS Access skills

Conditions of Work:
Extended working hours and travel as needed
