Commercial Account Representative

IRIS Risk Management is a Wholesale and Surplus Lines Insurance Brokerage firm that specializes in the design, marketing and administration of various commercial lines insurance programs.

We are currently looking for an individual that enjoys working as a team with our Property Program department heads as a “Commercial Account Representative”. This individual should be pro-active and a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks all at once. Good communication and organizational skills are a must since you will be interacting on a daily basis with our established retail broker network and underwriting partners.

REQUIREMENTS
Primary responsibilities include following up with brokers on their insurance applications and loss control recommendations, preparing proposals, binding insurance, and managing evidences. It is necessary that you are able to competently navigate in MS Word, Excel and have excellent organizational skills. A current CA P&C insurance license is required. We operate on The Agency Manager (TAM) computer system.
