Claims Representatives
Scope of the Position
Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented call center environment, you will investigate workers’ compensation claims; respond to inquiries from policyholders, injured workers, attorneys, medical providers, Industrial Commission and other SCF customers; and approve a wide variety of medical treatments, medications and durable medical equipment. Shift is Monday-Friday, days.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
The selected candidate will bring 4 years’ claims management experience OR a degree in Business Administration plus 1-2 years’ experience in workers’ compensation, insurance, a medical field or claims management. Requirements also include superior customer service skills, advanced PC proficiency, and ability to understand and interpret Arizona statues and workers’ compensation laws. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred (pay differential available). Background screening required.
