REQUIREMENTS
Must have Property and Casualty insurance experience.
Minimum 5 years successful experience in handling injury claims. A
Bachelor degree with a solid GPA is preferred. Must have
demonstrated tenure success, good computer skills and the ability to
effectively learn new software in a timely manner. Demonstrated
ability to creatively negotiate and resolve claims and success in
multitasking and setting priorities is required. Proven ability to
handle litigated inventory and direct defense counsel. Valid
driver's license with a good driving record is required. Responsible
for the investigation, evaluation and negotiation of attorney
represented and non-attorney represented injury files. A portion of
the inventory involves UM/UIM and complex injury files such as closed
head injuries, organ and internal injuries, psychological injuries,
hearing and vision claims, paraplegia/quadriplegia, amputations,
wrongful death and fatalities. Some field investigation and in
person contact will be required.
