Bureau Monitoring Analyst

• Bureau Monitoring Analyst will monitor insurance bureau websites daily to locate publications applicable to our clients’ profiles and requirements.

• Bureau Monitoring Analyst will review publication contents for key insurance information.

• Bureau Monitoring Analyst will interpret contents, conduct research, and place inquiries to state departments of insurance or bureaus, as necessary.

• Bureau Monitoring Analyst is responsible for Summarizing publication contents by entering select data into database, according to indicated fields and according to clients’ profiles.

• Bureau Monitoring Analyst will maintain updates to in-house regulatory requirements tables and to client profiles to ensure accuracy.

• Bureau Monitoring Analyst must perform general office work, including photocopying, mailing and preparing correspondence.
REQUIREMENTS
This position primarily involves computer work and review/interpretation of documents of an insurance and legal nature. Experience in insurance or legal matters is helpful, but not necessary. Computer skills, especially data entry, Internet and website navigation skills are required. Must like desk work and must be able to work independently in a quiet, small office atmosphere. Must adhere to prescribed data entry format. Must ensure accuracy of information and use correct grammar and spelling.
