Our APD Claims Representatives:
·Inspect damaged vehicles and determine claims related damage, estimate the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged vehicles, identify subrogation rights, establish damages, report status, and negotiate settlements
·Work closely with the insured, claimants and body and repair shops

Territory: Montgomery, AL area.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

Four-year college degree is required to apply for this position

Minimum 1+ years in the insurance industry as Claims Representative with estimating experience

Excellent customer service and communication skills and sound judgment and decision making skills

Valid driver's license, bondable, computer proficiency

Must pass pre-employment assessments and be able to attend a 3 week off-site training course Spanish Speaking skills are a plus! These candidates will receive extra compensation for Spanish speaking abilities.
