ALLSTATE AGENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

We offer qualified candidates the opportunity to become an Allstate Exclusive Agent independent contractor through our Agent Development Program. This program is an Allstate employee phase that lasts up to 18 months and includes the following:

Comprehensive education program
Base compensation with opportunity to earn incentive compensation
Work from a company owned/leased office location
Company provided office equipment and staff
Access to monthly marketing fund to help build a book of business

We’re looking for individuals who have successful management experience and an entrepreneurial spirit. If you have the desire to run your own business and demonstrated leadership skills, we’ll provide the helping hand!
REQUIREMENTS
-Sales, management, and business development background

-College education preferred, but not required
-Entrepreneurial spirit
