Account Manager - Los Angeles

Assurant Employee Benefits, a leader in the group insurance industry, is seeking a professional individual to work in our Los Angeles sales office located in El Segundo. This individual will be responsible for meeting with brokers and policyholders to provide service and promote renewals and sales. Professional presentation skills as well as strong negotiating skills are required.



Responsibilities include:

Developing and maintaining effective internal and external relationships

Supporting the sales objectives of the office through cross-sell activities and enrollment meetings.

Provide account management on a needs based consultative approach

Ability to set priorities in a high volume fast paced environment

Territory assignment may require travel to provide on-site support to customers

Production and Time Management reporting












REQUIREMENTS


Qualifications include:
Previous experience with group employee benefits, agency or sales experience, group 1 license and the ability to speak Spanish is required.
