OPERATOR II
Under general supervision to control flow & processing of wastewater, sludge & effluent; operate & perform routine maintenance work on valves, tanks, & gates; read, record & calculate readings of meters & gauges; adjust & monitor the addition of chemicals to wastewater treatment processes; check pumps, motors, generators & other equipment for proper operation. 2 yrs of wastewater treatment exp. Possession of a valid CA driver’s Lic. & a Wastewater Treatment Plant Opr. Grade II Certificate issued by the State of CA Water Resources Control Board (Proof of certificate must accompany application form). $2893.84 - 3517.48/mo. + benefits.
